In conditions approaching those seen in Badwater earlier this very week seven intrepid Cougars (Luca, Dan, George, Freddie, Willbo, Callum, Sam and Lewis) accompanied by Rob and myself undertook a training run this evening.
Covering 3.3 miles a distance greater than the Park Run event in just over 34 minutes it was a great effort.
